For the past decade, we’ve held a firm line: everything we produce should be freely accessible, without barrier or gate. It is our belief that revolutionary arts and education nourish robust, durable communities and that they should never be withheld for profit.

If our work matters to you, and if you are able, please consider supporting it. As a registered nonprofit [501(c)(3)] publishing studio, your donation helps us expand what’s possible: more publications, more art, better in-site digital access, and fully open audiobooks, built for anyone, anywhere.

about

The Lenin Library is a long-term series from Peace, Land, and Bread presenting concise, rigorously edited study editions of Vladimir Lenin’s writings. Each volume is organized thematically—bringing together core texts, key essays, and strategic interventions across questions of organization, imperialism, state power, national liberation, and revolutionary practice. Some volumes center full-length works; others compress essential debates into focused readers. All are designed for clarity, continuity, and use. Drawing on the study-edition traditions of early twentieth-century socialist publishing, and designed as a contemporary aesthetic and structural homage to the Little Lenin Library series of the 1930s, this new PLB line updates that logic for the present: compact formats, disciplined editorial framing, and durable design. These are working texts—built for circulation, collective reading, and sustained political education.
